Ingredients
- Olive oil
- Minced garlic
- Rosemary
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Mix ingredients in a mortar and pestle to create a paste
- Rub on both sides of chops and let marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 3
- Place in sealable bag and sous vide for 2 hours for medium
- Remove from bag and dry off
Place in a skillet or grill 2 minutes per side
