Ingredients

• Olive oil
• Minced garlic
• Rosemary
• Salt and pepper

Directions

1. Mix ingredients in a mortar and pestle to create a paste
2. Rub on both sides of chops and let marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 3
3. Place in sealable bag and sous vide for 2 hours for medium
4. Remove from bag and dry off Place in a skillet or grill 2 minutes per side
