Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145ºF / 62.8ºC
  2. Add loin chips to a bowl. Season and rub all sides with spice and olive oil
  3. Add to bag, vacuum seal and rest
  4. Add to water bath after rest period

Grill

  1. High temp grill 500+ and sear both sides 2-3 minutes each.
  2. Let rest 1-2 minutes and serve
