Ingredients
- Lamb loin chips
- Coriander
- Fresh minced garlic
- Onion powder
- S&P
- Rosemary
- Cumin
- Paprika
- Coriander
- Olive oil
- Starbucks Colombia via packet
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145ºF / 62.8ºC
- Add loin chips to a bowl. Season and rub all sides with spice and olive oil
- Add to bag, vacuum seal and rest
- Add to water bath after rest period
Grill
- High temp grill 500+ and sear both sides 2-3 minutes each.
- Let rest 1-2 minutes and serve
