Ingredients
- Lamb loin chops
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
Directions
- Season lamb loin chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Vacuum seal and let marinade for at least 24 hours.
- Set water bath at 55°C/131°F and place lamb in water bath.
Finishing Steps
- Dry lamb with some paper towels
- Get a good sear on the meat. This was done in the oven on the maximum grill setting. A good sear can also be achieved on a hot skillet, blow torch, or over hot coals to get a bit of smoke flavour.
