- Lamb leg with bone approximately 2kg
- Garlic
- Rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
- Onion
Directions
- Cut slits into leg and insert garlic and rosemary throughout the leg to ensure flavour is in all of the meat.
Place in bag slicedand vacuum seal.
