• Lamb leg with bone approximately 2kg
• Garlic
• Rosemary
• Salt
• Pepper
• Onion

Directions

1. Cut slits into leg and insert garlic and rosemary throughout the leg to ensure flavour is in all of the meat. Place in bag slicedand vacuum seal.
