  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.
  2. Rinse and thoroughly dry lamb chops salt and pepper each chop crush two clothes of garlic and spread on the tops of each chop put a sprig of rosemary and thyme across the top place in vacuum bag and seal
  3. Once the lamb chops are seasoned and vacuum sealed place in hot water bath that is preheated to 110 cook for a minimum of 30 minutes and up to an hour prior to grilling. Once the chops have reached temperature and her fairly cooked removed from sous vide cool in refrigerator for 10 minutes prior to placing on grill grill for one minute on each side and serve
