  1. Marinate in oil salt pepper in bag. Add fresh rosemary while sealing before a placing in sous vide.
  2. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130.0ºF / 54.4ºC.

Stovetop Searing.

  1. Remove chops after browned. Add mushrooms wine and boil down to sauce. Pour over chops and serve.
