Ingredients
- Salt pepper olive oil and fresh rosemary
Directions
- Marinate in oil salt pepper in bag. Add fresh rosemary while sealing before a placing in sous vide.
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130.0ºF / 54.4ºC.
Stovetop Searing.
- Remove chops after browned. Add mushrooms wine and boil down to sauce.
Pour over chops and serve.
