- Garlic salt
- Pepper
- Mint leaves
- Rosemary olive oil
- Lemon olive oil
- Lamb chops
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients and rub onto lamb chops
- Add lamb chops to bag
- Add olive oil, seal, and place in water bath
Finishing Steps
- Remove from water bath, and grill on high heat for 2 mins each side or until desired internal temperature
- Serve with traditional mint jelly
