Ingredients

• Garlic salt
• Pepper
• Mint leaves
• Rosemary olive oil
• Lemon olive oil
• Lamb chops

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients and rub onto lamb chops
2. Add lamb chops to bag
3. Add olive oil, seal, and place in water bath

Finishing Steps

1. Remove from water bath, and grill on high heat for 2 mins each side or until desired internal temperature
2. Serve with traditional mint jelly
