I get my Rack if Lamb From Costco , seal them in a bag with salt pepper and Dried onion powder and occasionally garlic powder then seal them and freeze them I make for five dinners at a time I take them out 2 to 3 hours before putting them in the water bath and away you go absolutely s the best way I have found to do them I have had nothing but praise
