  1. Season lamb chops with salt. Add 1 T butter and 3 sprigs of thyme. Vacuum seal the bag and freeze.

Finishing Steps

  1. Sous Vide for 3 hrs at 132 deg.
  2. Finish Lamb Chops on grill or in a cast iron pan.
