- 6 Lamb Chops
- 3 T Butter
- Thyme - 8 Fresh Sprigs
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Season lamb chops with salt. Add 1 T butter and 3 sprigs of thyme. Vacuum seal the bag and freeze.
Finishing Steps
- Sous Vide for 3 hrs at 132 deg.
- Finish Lamb Chops on grill or in a cast iron pan.
