  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 180.0ºF / 82.2ºC.
  2. Combine garlic , sesame oil , brown sugar , soya sauce , rice wine
  3. Broil Ribs for 5 minutes or grill on BBQ
  4. Reduce mixture to half and serve or rice or my favourite purée cannellini beans
  5. A second option for serving as a side are the yummy mashed cauliflower with spinach and feta cheese

  1. Sprinkle with Scallions and Sesame seeds and serve in a warm plate
  2. Have the left over reduced on the side for dipping
