Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 cup of soya sauce
- Garlic
- 1 cup rice wine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Sesame seeds
- Scallions
- 5 Short Ribs - English cut
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 180.0ºF / 82.2ºC.
- Combine garlic , sesame oil , brown sugar , soya sauce , rice wine
- Broil Ribs for 5 minutes or grill on BBQ
- Reduce mixture to half and serve or rice or my favourite purée cannellini beans
- A second option for serving as a side are the yummy mashed cauliflower with spinach and feta cheese
- Sprinkle with Scallions and Sesame seeds and serve in a warm plate
- Have the left over reduced on the side for dipping
