  1. Add aromatics i.e. Salt, pepper,oregano, rosemary and thyme.
  2. Vacuum the kokoretsi
  3. Sous vide for 7 hours at 70 C!
  4. Remove kokoretsi from the bag and place it on a paper towel - line plate. Pat it dry.

Finishing Steps

  1. Finish the sous vide kokoretsi in a pan, on the grill or with a propane burner.
