Ingredients
- Salt, pepper , oregano , thym
Directions
- Add aromatics i.e. Salt, pepper,oregano, rosemary and thyme.
- Vacuum the kokoretsi
- Sous vide for 7 hours at 70 C!
- Remove kokoretsi from the bag and place it on a paper towel - line plate.
Pat it dry.
Finishing Steps
- Finish the sous vide kokoretsi in a pan, on the grill or with a propane burner.
