Ingredients
- Sweetened Condensed milk 1 can
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 Tsp vanilla
- 1-2 oz lime juice
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 180.0ºF / 82.2ºC.
- Slowly mix egg yolks with condensed milk on at a time
- Slowly add lime juice
- Add vanilla
- Use egg whites, a little sugar, and some lime juice to make meringue. Torch to brown top
