Ingredients
- Bay leaves, cloves, black pepper corns, onion powder.
Directions
- Crush all spices and rub in the ham.
Vacuum pack the ham and go for 69.5 degrees Celsius.
Cook for 12 hours,keep it cool until about 2 hours before serving.
Before serving mix god mustard with 2 egg yolks and brush the whole ham with it.
Sprinkle bred crumbs and burn it golden brown in oven grill.
