Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs (boneless & skinless)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Montreal Chicken Spice
- Basil
- Parsley
- Onion salt
- Garlic powder
- Lemon juice
Directions
- Set the Anova precision cooker to 150F for 2hrs.
- Take chicken out of store package and spread into a large bowl. I used a Costco pack of chicken thighs and a large metal bowl.
- Evenly sprinkle ½ tsp each of onion salt, kosher salt and ground pepper, and 1 tsp of all the rest of the ingredients including the lemon juice.
- Mix well to ensure even coverage on all parts of the chicken thighs.
- Now vacuum seal the thighs in a few bags making sure to lay them out evenly in the bags. (I used 3 bags with 8 thighs per bag.)
- Set the thighs in the rack and put into the water bath.
