  1. Made seasoning mix of; garlic powder, oregano, marjoram, ground thyme, ground sage, cayenne pepper, rosemary powder, salt, pepper & small dash of olive oil. Added to bag with short ribs, mixed up and vacuum sealed. Added to pot with water, set sous vide to 144 for 48 hours.
  2. Ice bath when time runs out
