- Made seasoning mix of; garlic powder, oregano, marjoram, ground thyme, ground sage, cayenne pepper, rosemary powder, salt, pepper & small dash of olive oil.
Added to bag with short ribs, mixed up and vacuum sealed. Added to pot with water, set sous vide to 144 for 48 hours.
- Ice bath when time runs out
