Ingredients
- Fresh garden tomatoes
- Fresh garlic
- Fresh basil
- Fresh Italian oregano
- Fresh onion
- Italian parsley
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 180.5ºF / 82.5ºC.
- A fresh recipe from my garden.
Peel fresh tomatoes (8) per jar. Place in a Quart size ball jar. Chop in cubes.
Add a teaspoon of lemon juice and a pinch of sea salt.
4 cloves garlic sliced in on top.of tomatoes
Fresh herbs
Italian parsley
Italian Oregano
Basil leaves (6-8)
1-2 small onions sliced in half
After adding all items above in a ball jar press all items down with a wooden spoon.
Lid jar tightly and insert in a water bath.
- After sauce is cooked serve over pasta or run through your bullet to make a thicker sauce.
