- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.20000076293945ºC.
- Let the meat sit in the pot in a vacuum bag or ziplock with no air for 60 mins
Crisping
- Use hot oil in a pan and sear for finished outer texture. You can also use an iron pan and no fat/oil/butter for best result. Turn the meat every 10-20 secs if this methiod is preferred
