  1. Mix yogurt with spices and marinade chicken in a resealable bag for 2-3 hours. Take out of fridge and heat sous vide to 140 and place in bath for 2.5 hours. Remove and preheat oven to 425 place chicken in oven to brown. Serve over rice with garlic sauce and pita bread
