  1. Set anova at 60c
  2. Put everything in a zip lock bag or in a vacuum bag and seal it
  3. Squeeze to mix everything together
  4. After 1 hour,get the steak out of the bag,and dry it with a paper towel

Finishing Steps

  1. Brush it with olive oil,and sear the steak on a hot pan,or blowtorch it until get a crust
  2. Serve with mix vegetables
