Ingredients
- Iberico pork chop 1 1/4 “-1 1/2”
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
Directions
- Set anova at 60c
- Put everything in a zip lock bag or in a vacuum bag and seal it
- Squeeze to mix everything together
- After 1 hour,get the steak out of the bag,and dry it with a paper towel
Finishing Steps
- Brush it with olive oil,and sear the steak on a hot pan,or blowtorch it until get a crust
- Serve with mix vegetables
