This is what I call , The Poor Man Prime Rib, I buy i rounds on sale bag them up and freeze them . I like to take them out the day before I cook them but you can go right from the freezer

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.
  2. Add all ingredients to the bag and seal

  1. You can now sear it in the oven or fry pan or I like to use a torch I have several torches I have also seared on the grill very hot and use your outside grill works great , let it rest before the grill it’s slower than a Torch then grill it
