  1. Slice open hot peppers, but retain the seeds. Throw away the stems. Place halved peppers in the mason jar and cover with vodka. Set the machine and leave it to infuse. After infusion, taste for preferred spice level and either strain the liquid or leave the peppers in the jar for visual effect/stronger pepper flavor.
