Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 to 6 boneless pork chops
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 heaping Tblsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Lightly sprinkle both sides of pork chops with kosher salt and black pepper.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl.
- Liberally brush both sides of pork chops with sauce mixture; place pork chops in cooking bag and add a few spoonfuls of the sauce mixture (about 2-3 tablespoons). Refrigerate remaining sauce. Remove excess air from bag and seal.
- Place bag in water bath and cook at 140 F for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Finishing Steps
- Remove pork chops from bag. Heat gas or charcoal grill to high.
- Brush both sides of pork chops with sauce mixture and sear on grill one minute per side.
- Optional: Add juices from cooking bag to remaining sauce; pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring until slightly thickened. Serve with meat.
