No vacuum bags so plain and still in the packet

- No vacuum bags, so still in the packet
No container big enough, so improvising using the kitchen sink
- Cook for 10 hours at 55deg Celsius
- Place in cold water for 5 mins
- Sear all sides on hot pan with garlic butter
- Carve up and eat

- Sear in pan with garlic butter
- Carve up and enjoy (with a good glass of red wine)
