Beef scotch fillet, 3.4kg. Improvising using the kitchen sink! No vacuum bags so plain and still in the packet

  1. No vacuum bags, so still in the packet No container big enough, so improvising using the kitchen sink
  2. Cook for 10 hours at 55deg Celsius
  3. Place in cold water for 5 mins
  4. Sear all sides on hot pan with garlic butter
  5. Carve up and eat

Finishing Steps

  1. Sear in pan with garlic butter
  2. Carve up and enjoy (with a good glass of red wine)
