Ever have leftover herbs and you don’t want them to go to waste? Here is what I do to get the most out of my herbs; infuse that amazing fresh herb flavor into any oil. You can use any oil you prefer so, decide what you want to do with your oil and go from there; if you just want to finish a dish or make a dip you might want to use extra virgin olive oil, if you want to sear your meat or make a aioli you might want to opt for grape seed oil, you get the idea.
