- Set Anova to 185 degrees F.
- Gently add eggs (with a spider strainer or similar) to vessel, as many as vessel will tolerate without being doubled up, when temperature is reached.
Finishing Steps
- Remove eggs directly into ice water bath as soon as cooking has completed to stop carry over cooking and stop process.
