  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140ºF / 60.0ºC
  2. Slice pickles using thick setting on mandolin
  3. Heat one cup of water in microwave in measuring cup. Dissolve salt in cup. Add 1 cup cold water to warm water.
  4. Add pickles, dill garlic and peppercorns to 16 oz mason jar and top with 2 cup water brine.
  5. Place lids on jar and tighten to finger tip tightness and place in water bath
