Half Sour pickles

Ingredients
- 3-4 Kirby Pickles
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 & 2/3 tbs kosher salt
- 3 sprigs fresh dill
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140ºF / 60.0ºC
- Slice pickles using thick setting on mandolin
- Heat one cup of water in microwave in measuring cup. Dissolve salt in cup. Add 1 cup cold water to warm water.
- Add pickles, dill garlic and peppercorns to 16 oz mason jar and top with 2 cup water brine.
- Place lids on jar and tighten to finger tip tightness and place in water bath

- Remove from water bath and allow to cool for 25 mins with tops off before transferring to fridge.
