Grilled Pork Chops with Vinegar - Soy Sauce

I cooked the pork chops in a sous vide and finished up on the grill. I served them with some steamed vegetables and used the juice from the sous vide bags as sauce. Ingredients

Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145ºF / 62.8ºC
  2. Add 1 clove garlic, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon thyme, and 1 teaspoon green chili to each sous vide bag (one per chop).
  3. Add one chop to each bag and make sure they get coated in the sauce.
  4. Place in sous vide pot and cook for 1 to 4 hours at 145.
