My background is both Technical and Sales, but my hobby is creating great food. My wife and I live in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Georgia. I own a commercial electric smoker and also Weber Genesis Grill and now my latest tool is the new Anova Precision Cooker. When I am not traveling, I am planning and working on our next dinner. Looking forward to putting my years of recipes to work with a new flare using the Anova Cooker!
