Ingredients
- 2 Large potatoes, peeled
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 stick Philadelphia cream cheese
- 2 oz. heavy whipping cream
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 185ºF / 85.0ºC
- Cut potatoes in pencil sized slices.
- Add all ingredients to vacuum bag or reusable Ziploc® bag. Before sealing the bag, spread out contents evenly leaving little overlap to ensure everything gets cooked evenly.
Finishing Steps
- After cooking is complete, remove bag and smash the contents inside the bag to the desired consistency. Can be served immediately or reheated prior to serving.
