Fall off the bone BBQ ribs. What’s not to love it’s how I would want my ribs served to me in a restaurant and it’s how I serve them to my Street Food following. I’m afraid I can’t give away my secret recipe rub or bbq sauce.

Temperature : 185F / 85C

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 185ºF / 85.0ºC
  2. Salt, Dry rub and cover with a little bbq sauce
  3. Vac pack ribs
  4. Add ribs to sues vide pot once its reached its 185F and start the timer
  5. Remove after the 6 hours cooking. Cool if not cooking straight away

Finishing Steps

  1. BBQ ribs for 5-8 mins each side or until crisped. Basting with bbq sauce on each side.
  2. ENJOY!!!
