  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 122ºF / 50.0ºC
  2. Put all ingredients in zip lock bag.
  3. Place in sous vide and displace air.
  4. Sous vide for 2 hours, then remove and strain.
  5. Add to tea or cocktails!
