Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh ginger pieces
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- Peel of 1 lemon
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 122ºF / 50.0ºC
- Put all ingredients in zip lock bag.
- Place in sous vide and displace air.
- Sous vide for 2 hours, then remove and strain.
- Add to tea or cocktails!
