  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 122ºF / 50.0ºC

Finishing Steps

  1. Take out of the Sous vide. Season the Scallops again with garlic pepper. Use avocado oil and a little butter and have hot pan ready to go and sear scallops for 30 to 40 seconds per side.
