Put in freezer bag when you buy the chicken (random flavorings). Put in morning of and ice bath. Set alarm for 3:30pm (why is there no autostart with ice bath?!?). Go be a hero at work, then come home to be a hero at home. 7pm dinner time after searing both sides and toaster oven brussel sprouts.
