Season steak, Sear top round steak each side for 5 min in cast iron skillet, place 1/2tsp garlic and onion powder, 1tbs Worcestershire sauce, and 1tsp Dijon in vac bag. Cook for 6 hrs at 140. Rest slice and serve with jus.
