- Flank steak 900grams each

- Rub the meat with desired seasoning
- Vacuum seal
- Put the steaks in the water for 2hrs 15min, 54C
- Sear on a really hot grill for 1.5minutes per side

- Cut the meat across the meat fibers and enjoy
