  1. Apply Canadian Steak Rub
  2. Add Pepper Sauce to steak already in the bag to you’re liking

Finishing Steps

  1. I placed a cast iron grill pan in the oven set at 500* for 15 minutes. This will evenly heat the pan. A few minutes before removing pan from oven, turn on a top burner on high. Remove pan from oven, place on burner and place the steak in the pan to char. Cook for 1 minute and flip. Add a few pads of butter and cook 2nd side for a minute, and continue to flip every minute until you achieve the desired char.
