  1. Season both sides liberally when lawrys coarse ground garlic salt and black pepper (to taste). Add other herbs ie rosemary, dried onion if desired.
  2. Vac seal as you prefer and sous vide at 127 for 5-6 hours.

Finishing Steps

  1. Dry meat thoroughly and quick sear as you prefer. (I prefer gas grill at max heat for appx 1 min a side) Slice against the grain and enjoy.
