Ingredients
- 1.5-2.5lb flank steak
- Lawry’s coarse ground garlic salt
- Black pepper
Directions
- Season both sides liberally when lawrys coarse ground garlic salt and black pepper (to taste).
Add other herbs ie rosemary, dried onion if desired.
- Vac seal as you prefer and sous vide at 127 for 5-6 hours.
Finishing Steps
- Dry meat thoroughly and quick sear as you prefer. (I prefer gas grill at max heat for appx 1 min a side)
Slice against the grain and enjoy.
