Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.
- Sous vide for 7 hrs.
Grill
- Remove from Sous vide.
Pat dry
Grill at high temperature for 30 seconds a side
Remove from grill and serve.
