  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.
  2. Sous vide for 7 hrs.

Grill

  1. Remove from Sous vide. Pat dry Grill at high temperature for 30 seconds a side Remove from grill and serve.
