• 1/4 Cup Condense Milk
• 1 3/4 Cup Whole Milk
• 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
• Three whole eggs
• 1 Egg Yolk
• 1/2 tbsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 185.0ºF / 85.0ºC.
