- Your Favorite Rub
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.
- Generously salt and pepper the brisket before sealing and submersion.
Flamethrower
- Remove package from water and pat brisket dry.
- Coat brisket in your favorite rub.
- Finish brisket with flamethrower for the perfect bark.
- Cut and serve with vegetable of choice.
