  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 135.0ºF / 57.2ºC.
  2. Generously salt and pepper the brisket before sealing and submersion.

Flamethrower

  1. Remove package from water and pat brisket dry.
  2. Coat brisket in your favorite rub.
  3. Finish brisket with flamethrower for the perfect bark.
  4. Cut and serve with vegetable of choice.
