  1. Preheat the bin to 54.5deg.
  2. Coat fillet with oil, salt and pepper and add to a vacuum bag. Seal the bag.
  3. Add to the bin and start the timer.

Finishing Steps

  1. Once the steak is cooked, caramelise the outside of the steak on a hot fry pan.
