  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130.0ºF / 54.4ºC.
  2. Season steak to taste.
  3. Seal steak in bag with a splash of olive oil.
  4. Remove steak from bath & bag when the timer goes off.

Grill or Pan

  1. Sear for 1 minute per side.
