Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130.0ºF / 54.4ºC.
- Season steak to taste.
- Seal steak in bag with a splash of olive oil.
- Remove steak from bath & bag when the timer goes off.
Grill or Pan
- Sear for 1 minute per side.
