Ingredients

Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 134.0ºF / 56.7ºC.
  2. Lightly sprinkle filet with salt and pepper
  3. Place into Ziploc bag or vacuum sealed bag and cook for 1 hour 45 minutes.
  4. After cooking, remove filets from bag and remove moisture with paper towel.
  5. Add additional salt and pepper to taste.

Stovetop

  1. Cast iron pan on high heat on stove.
  2. Lightly brush oil (avocado or grape seed) onto pan.
  3. Add filet to pan and sear one minute.
  4. Flip filet and Add 1 TBl of butter. Lightly spoon butter over filet and cook additional minute or two.
  5. Remove and serve!
