Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 134.0ºF / 56.7ºC.
- Lightly sprinkle filet with salt and pepper
- Place into Ziploc bag or vacuum sealed bag and cook for 1 hour 45 minutes.
- After cooking, remove filets from bag and remove moisture with paper towel.
- Add additional salt and pepper to taste.
Stovetop
- Cast iron pan on high heat on stove.
- Lightly brush oil (avocado or grape seed) onto pan.
- Add filet to pan and sear one minute.
- Flip filet and Add 1 TBl of butter. Lightly spoon butter over filet and cook additional minute or two.
- Remove and serve!
