Fennel
Cut in pieces (not too think not too thin) add a bit of olive oil and salt. Cook until tender - 1h to 1h 30 min. After you can finish it with a bit of bread crumbs and grated Parmesan in the oven.

- Preheat oven to 180C, speed fennel on a tray and add grated Parmesan with breadcrumbs. Cook until gets a slight crust.
