Feijoada brasileira.
Delicious traditional Brazilian feijoada. The portions of pork in the recipe are suggestions, being able to add or remove to your taste. The important thing is to keep the proportion of 1/3 of beans / meats.

Ingredients
- 500g Black beans
- 2 onions
- 4 garlic cloves
- 300g bacon
- 300g ribs
- 300g loin
- 1 paio
- 1 calabresa sausage
- 200g dried meat
- 2 pig feet
- 1 orange
Directions
- Desalt The pig feet and The dried meet for 24 hours, changing the water every 3 hours.
- Soak The beans for 12 hours, changing The water every 3 hours.
- in a large pan sauté the chopped onion and crushed garlic. Fry the whole pork meat until it seals and removes the excess fat.
- Put the beans, 1 peeled of orange and fried meat in a large bag. add water until all ingredients are submerged.
- Seal the bag and cook it for 24 hour at 194F
Finishing Steps
- Open The bag and put it in a larga pot. Remove the orange and it is ready to serve.
- Serve with white rice, tomato salad crackling, orange, crumbs and braised cabbage.
