  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 143.6ºF / 62.0ºC.
  2. Mix the 2 packages of minced meat, flatten between two pieces of baking paper, with a cake roller.
  3. Season well with onion powder, salt and pepper, then put grated cheese on and roll everything up and wrap it with the bacon slices.
