Ingredients
- Minced meat 8-12% 800g
- Onion powder to taste
- Salt
- Pepper
- Bacon 10-14 slices
- Grated Cheddar cheese.
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 143.6ºF / 62.0ºC.
- Mix the 2 packages of minced meat, flatten between two pieces of baking paper, with a cake roller.
- Season well with onion powder, salt and pepper, then put grated cheese on and roll everything up and wrap it with the bacon slices.
