Ingredients
- 1 Pkt Good Seasons Italian dressing
- 1 Pkt McCormic Au Jus mix
- 1 Can Campbell’s Beef Consumme
Directions
- Set Sous Vide for 134 F / 24:00 hr & turn on
- Mix Pkt of Italian dressing and Pkt of Au Jus together. Stir in can of beef consommé and mix well. Pour mixture over beef in a plastic bag
- Evacuate bag and seal.
- Place bag in Sous vide cooker
Finishing Steps
- Remove beef from bag & reserve juices. Set aside.
- Pat meat dry
- Place beef on heated grill or under oven broiler and turn approximately 2 min on a side until browned & crisped
- Remove from grill/broiler & slice thinly across grain & serve.
