Ingredients

Directions

  1. Set Sous Vide for 134 F / 24:00 hr & turn on
  2. Mix Pkt of Italian dressing and Pkt of Au Jus together. Stir in can of beef consommé and mix well. Pour mixture over beef in a plastic bag
  3. Evacuate bag and seal.
  4. Place bag in Sous vide cooker

Finishing Steps

  1. Remove beef from bag & reserve juices. Set aside.
  2. Pat meat dry
  3. Place beef on heated grill or under oven broiler and turn approximately 2 min on a side until browned & crisped
  4. Remove from grill/broiler & slice thinly across grain & serve.
