Ingredients
- 2 Ripe Plantain
- Brow sugar 100 gram
- 50ml of frangelico
- 50ml of rum
- 20ml of triple sec
Directions
- Peel the plantain an cut then in chunks.
- Mix all ingredients beginning with the sugar in a bowl. Let it rest for 2 minutes.
- Seal with the bags and set the sou vide.
- Wait for the time for the slow plantain cook .
- After the cook time finish caramelizing the plantain in a hot pan with butter.
- Serve hot.
