  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 172.0ºF / 77.8ºC.
  2. Cook the bacon until crispy. Country ham is a good substitute for bacon if you prefer.
  3. While the bacon is cooking, chop your fresh ingredients. You may want to add tomatoes, onion or any other fresh ingredients.
  4. Spray 6 4 oz Crystal Jelly jars (or similar) with Pam or equivalent. I have found the jelly jars to be perfect. They are available on Amazon.
  5. Tear the bacon into small pieces and divide into 6 equal portions. Place the portions in the bottom of each jar.
  6. Divide your fresh ingredients into six equal portions and place a portion into each jar on top of the bacon.
  7. Whip the four eggs with the milk or cream and divide into equal portions. Put it in the 6 jars on top of your ingredients. They will be about 3/4 full when done.
  8. Put the two-piece tops on tightly. Place the jars (using tongs) into the preheated water for 90 minutes
  9. Remove the jars from the water with tongs after the cook cycle is complete.
  10. Remove the eggs from the jars. You may need to use a thin blade knife to loosen the egg from the sides of the jar.
  11. Season to taste and enjoy!
