Egg Bites
This egg bite recipe always turns out great. My meal prep for work lunches. I reheat them at work with a sprinkle of grated cheese on top.

Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp of cream cheese
- 1/4 c shredded cheddar
- 1/4 c shredded gruyere
- Onion salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 c. Cottage cheese
Directions
- I mix all ingredients in my Rocket Blender, usually split between 2 of the larger cups, as to not overfill. Pour into 10 sprayed 4 oz mason jars. Put the lids on . After cooked, I run a knife around the edge and put on a plate with parchment paper to cool. I reheat from the refrigerator in the microwave with a little bit of shredded cheese on top to melt. I used to use my immersion blender to mix, but have found they have a much creamier texture with the Rocket Blender
